About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor who is dedicated to helping all ages cope with anxiety, depression, anger and insecurities.
I have been in private practice for a total of 15 years. I offer clients the opportunity for growth and development in their personal lives. Women, men, adolescents, children (9 and up) may attain their personal goals and autonomy as human beings in this ever-changing world.
I have been trained in CBT, DBT and addictions counseling. I was a speech therapist and a guidance counselor in my past careers, therefore, I am aware of the needs of children and parents.
