About me
I am a compassionate therapist who supports children, teens, and families navigating trauma, stress, identity development, and relationship challenges.
I’m a trauma‑informed, neuro‑affirming therapist who believes healing happens when people feel seen, respected, and supported at their own pace. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to honoring each person’s lived experience. I provide telehealth counseling for children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating trauma, stress, identity development, relationship challenges, or moments of transition.
In my practice, I help clients understand how their emotions, nervous system, and life experiences interact. Together, we build practical skills for grounding, communication, and connection—skills that support real change both internally and in relationships. I draw from my background in school‑based and community mental health, which allows me to support youth and families with a blend of clinical insight, developmental understanding, and steady, collaborative care.
Clients often describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to. I value creating a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional balance, or a place to process your story, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
If you’re curious about working together, I welcome you to reach out and explore whether this space feels like a good fit for your needs.
