About me
I’m a bilingual counselor with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I’ve supported clients through depression, suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, grief, and behavioral concerns in youth. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, drawing from Trauma-Focused CBT, motivational interviewing and play therapy.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward healing. You deserve support that meets you where you are. I aim to help you define what happiness looks like for you and guide you toward it, using your unique strengths.
Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and care. Let’s work together to create lasting change. Reach out today to begin your journey.
