My therapeutic approach is eclectic meaning I integrate a diverse range of evidence-based techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I am deeply passionate about helping individuals process life’s challenges, particularly trauma, which, if left unaddressed, can lead to emotional distress and maladjustment.
