As a licensed therapist in New Jersey with 16 years of professional work experience, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & professional coaching. I work virtually with clients on a one to one basis, as well as with couples as a specialty.

I have always believed strongly in the capacity of people from all backgrounds to develop skills and make positive changes to better themselves. This understanding intersects with my belief that enabling clients to develop their capacity to adopt new patterns of thought/action is integral in helping them learn and grow. This is an essential part of my approach with clients. My main objective with every client is to build on strengths to develop skills that enable positive change.

This process starts with collaboration to identify where the client wants to be by the end of the therapeutic relationship to aid in the creation of treatment goals. I will draw from a broad skill-set that includes knowledge of family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, development of assertiveness skills, how to address issues with self-esteem/self-worth, addiction recovery and relationship issues. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
