About me
I'm a therapist with several years of clinical experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in compassion and a deep commitment to understanding each person's unique story.
I specialize in helping clients explore issues including communication patterns, isolation, life purpose, social anxiety, grief, forgiveness, and attachment. I also support those working through major life transitions—such as divorce, pregnancy, workplace stress, and family dynamics—as well as those healing from trauma, sexual assault, and abandonment.
My work extends to supporting women's issues, financial concerns, codependency, personality patterns, and seasonal mood changes. I'm experienced in working with young adults, military veterans, and families navigating blended family structures and adoption.
I'm fluent in English and Hebrew, which allows me to serve a broader community with cultural sensitivity and understanding.
I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, respectful, and affirming. My goal is to support your growth and healing at your own pace, drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
