About me
I am an experienced therapist, specialized in working with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or undealt trauma. I am passionate about helping Individuals Heal, Cope, and Thrive. I am hear to provide support in person or via telehealth to meet your needs. I am currently accepting new clients and offer therapy in English and Spanish.
I believe mental health services should be accessible to everyone. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals from all walks of life through their unique journeys of growth and healing. I understand that finding “the right” therapist can be challenging. My mission is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—just as you are. I offer a judgment-free environment where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences openly. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. I like to bring a little bit of humor to the process because healing doesn’t only happen in heavy moments—it also lives in laughter, creativity, and celebrating small wins. I strive to offer you a therapy experience that feels truly authentic.
