About me
I offer psychotherapy to individuals, families, and couples in Georgia and Tennessee through in-person and/or telehealth.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through some of their toughest moments. My heart is especially with those healing from trauma—whether you're a survivor of abuse, navigating recovery, or working to break cycles of generational pain.
I understand that, for many of my clients, privacy, discernment, and a truly bespoke experience are non-negotiable. My practice is intentionally designed to provide a discreet, elevated environment where you can be authentically yourself, away from outside pressures and expectations.
I know that asking for help can feel vulnerable, especially if you've been let down before or spent years learning to manage on your own. But you deserve a space where you can finally exhale. A space where your story is held with care, your pain is taken seriously, and your capacity to heal is never in doubt.
