About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions with greater self-understanding and emotional balance.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin to reconnect with yourself.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate approach that helps people understand the different emotional “parts” within themselves. Instead of trying to force change, we focus on understanding the deeper reasons behind your thoughts, reactions, and relationship patterns.
In our work together, we move at your pace while gently exploring the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Over time, many clients find greater clarity, emotional regulation, and self-compassion as they learn to relate to themselves and others in new ways.
