About me
As a trauma therapist, I specialize in helping individuals heal from past trauma and improve their relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, as I believe that creating a safe and nonjudgmental space is crucial for healing and growth. Drawing from the Polyvagal theory and attachment theory, I use a variety of of techniques to tailor treatment to your personal experience.
As a Certified EMDR Clinician, trained in Emotionally Focused therapy, and Internal Family Systems, I use attachment and somatic approaches to help people untangle trauma, restore relationships, and learn to love and care for themselves. I offer intensives for couples and individuals from 2-6 hours at a time. My goal is to support clients in creating lasting, positive changes in their lives and relationships.
