About me
With a specialized focus in sexual health and identity work, I provide an open-minded and laid back approach to addressing experiences with differences in sexual desire, pain and discomfort, and mental and emotional blocks. I am also a passionate supervisor and work with an amazing team of clinicians who are excited to help you!
At Tendril Therapy, our approach is to lean in and understand you and what your needs and goals are. Like the tendrils of climbing plants, our desire is to see you thrive as you reach for your own growth and healing. We utilize a variety of therapeutic models to meet you where you are including: Gottman couples therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, DBT, CPT, attachment and mindfulness based approaches, and art therapy. We work with clients from all backgrounds, identities, and cultures.
