I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, serving adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression,and significant life transitions.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood without the pressure to "hold it together" or figure things out on your own. My work focuses on helping people make sense of difficult experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and feel more grounded and in control. Sometimes you just need a safe space to talk and have someone in your corner. Wherever you’re starting from, we can work together to help you feel better and move toward the life you want.

My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, domestic violence, depression, and family/relationship challenges. I use a variety of approaches, including EMDR, and believe therapy should be tailored to you, not one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to find an approach that fits your needs and goals.
