About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with people coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, narcissistic and antagonistic relationship abuse, among other behavioral health issues, marriage and family counseling. I work with individuals over the age of 12 utilizing virtual platforms.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with thirty-eight years of experience. I believe that everyone who needs help deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion. It is important to listen to the client and make sure that their feelings and needs are understood and to provide a safe and comfortable environment that is conducive to sharing. One of the most important tools is the relationship between the client and the therapist where the client feels valued, to be able to explore together and clarify the issues that are bringing them to treatment. We learn how each individual views these problems and gain the understanding to set the goals and develop the skills to resolve the causes of their pain.
