About me
I am an experienced young adult and adult psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping individuals cope with a range of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can pose challenges to one's quality of life.
Robin believes people are hurting, are worthy of respect, and are doing the best to navigate life. She offers individual and group sessions which use an "all hands on deck" approach and focus on mindfulness, positive regard for self and others, value identification, boundary setting, honesty in recovery, community building, and healing through movement.
Robin gives gentle direct support that relies on curiosity, loving kindness, and collaboration. She brings "fresh eyes" to stories of pain told by people affected by life's challenges, mental health and substance abuse issues, and trauma. She guides others to sit with discomfort, manage emotions, and be more effective in relationships.
