About me
I am an experienced child, adolescent, and adult psychologist who is dedicated to helping you to cope with anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma.
I am an evidenced based psychologist who absolutely loves what I do. I enjoy educating my patients so they will no longer need to be in treatment, rather they will have all the skills necessary to solve their problems. Nevertheless, I am always here for a "tune up" should you desire. I served in the US Navy as a clinical psychologist prior to starting my private practice. I treat a wide range of clinical issues with an integrative approach using TEAM CBT, Exposure & Response Prevention, Schema Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques.
