I have an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas. I am EMDR Trained for working with trauma and PTSD and certified to Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapist for work with couples.
Clients may be hesitant to share their history, so I ensure a calm, safe, and non-judgmental counseling environment. Trust and honesty are vital for healthy relationships, and my role is to help you navigate your challenges.
I hold an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2017. Previously, I was a firefighter leading a team that helped first responders manage trauma. I'm trained in EMDR for trauma and PTSD, certified in premarital counseling as a Prepare Enrich Facilitator, and am a Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapist.
