About me
I am a licensed clinical psychology with years of experience. I am readily available to my clients and provide the highest level of service and attention.
I am a dedicated, empathic listener, and astute therapist. I am here to support and guide you in harnessing your personal strengths to evolve into the person you aspire to be. Daily life presents many challenges from health, career, relationship and personal struggles. Talk therapy offers feedback, guidance and support to enhance and build your coping skills and understanding of past and current issues. I specialize in adult therapy, providing in person and tele-health options to suit your unique journey.
At the core of therapeutic work is the relationship between the therapist and client. Through use of warmth, reflection and teaching, I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment in which my clients can develop insight, while also becoming successful at using practical health, motivation, and confidence building skills.
I especially enjoy working with young adults and adults on issues of anxiety, health, motivation, and self-compassion. My practice uniquely combines behavioral, cognitive behavioral, and insight oriented work. In this way clients receive attention to their everyday thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as their deeper emotions and beliefs.
