About me
My counseling practice is a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds who are ready to seek support, make changes, or better understand themselves. While I work with a wide range of clients, I specialize in men’s mental health, addiction, trauma, and the experiences of first responders and veterans.
I know that asking for help can be difficult, especially when you’re used to carrying responsibility for others. My approach is compassionate, practical, and free of judgment. Together, we can address what you’re facing, build on your strengths, and work toward a life that feels healthier and more connected.
I’ve been a counselor since 2019, working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means I pay attention to how past experiences may affect the way you feel, relate to others, and navigate life today. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, with a focus on building trust and identifying what you need to move forward.
I welcome all clients and have a particular interest in supporting men, people navigating addiction or trauma, first responders, and veterans. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply know something needs to change, my goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you toward meaningful progress.
