About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, and significant life changes. I'm skilled at helping people rebuild self-esteem and develop healthier communication patterns.
My work focuses on a wide range of concerns, including panic disorder, post-traumatic stress, divorce and separation, attachment issues, abandonment, guilt and shame, sexuality, narcissistic relationship dynamics, and chronic pain or illness. I also support clients exploring questions of life purpose and meaning.
I bring a person-centered, compassionate approach to therapy. I recognize that each client's journey is unique, and I'm committed to meeting you where you are—whether you're seeking support from a faith-based perspective, exploring spirituality in a non-religious framework, or simply looking for guidance during a difficult season of life.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you can process your experiences, build insight, and move toward healing at your own pace. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever brings you to therapy.
