About me
My goal is to create a space where science and self-awareness intersect with practical tools for growth and self-acceptance.
I take a relaxed, conversational approach to help you achieve your goals, drawing on my professional experience, formal education, and years of practice in Buddhist philosophy and Ayurveda, including six years in a Buddhist gompa. My focus is on helping you better understand yourself—your mind, emotions, relationships, and life situations—while applying practical psychological concepts to enhance your personal growth.
I use mindfulness techniques to identify obstacles and empower you with tools to navigate challenges. My areas of interest include ADHD, Anxiety, ASD (high-functioning), Depression, Trauma, Psychosis, Grief, and Relationship Issues. I take a person-centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide you toward meaningful change.
I emphasize education, humor, and compassion to help you build coping skills, fostering greater self-awareness and agency. Your personal intelligence is central to our work together, and I view you as an essential partner in your success.
