About me
With offices in Greenville/Mercer County as well as in New Brighton/Beaver County, I am a licensed and experienced counselor dedicated to encouraging individuals, couples and families in their pursuit of stability in emotional, spiritual and relational health.
I am a confident, optimistic and patient counselor licensed in Pennsylvania, with over 40 years of helping individuals, couples, families and parents. I've helped parents to assist difficult children; I've helped families with conflicts that seem unbearable; I've helped couples with problematic relational issues; and I've helped individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders and frustrations related to problems in reaching vocational, spiritual, relational hopes and dreams.
In addition to using an eclectic approach that includes person-centered and solution-focused approaches as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for all clients in need, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as needed and requested to deal with trauma and upsetting memories, and I enjoy engaging clients who are interested in using spirituality as well.
