Hi! I am Riquelmy, soy Latina y Hablo Español. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in various clinical settings mainly with clients seeking help for depression, anxiety, & self-esteem. I'm specially trained in EMDR . Via EMDR, I focus specifically on trauma and reprocessing trauma memory .

Too often people feel therapy is one-sided and offers little to no mutual interaction. Therapists have become synonymous with fear and stigma. I want to help you, but most of all I want to know you. I want to help you with whatever you may be struggling with and I want to do it in as painless a manner as possible.

It's 2023! We are no longer holding grudges, in toxic relationships with ourselves, family, & friends, letting negative thoughts consume us, or burdened with anxiety and depression.
