About me
Whatever you are dealing with does not define who you are! Sometimes life throws us in unforeseen directions and your mental state doesn't have to pin you down. I provide an open, safe space to work together as a team. My primary experience surrounds depression, anxiety, and trauma. Together we will figure out your goals and ways to help get you back to where you want to be. I primarily focus on finding your motivations and solutions to your problems while providing a listening, non-judgmental ear. Your struggles and your feelings are your own and I want to jump on your ride until you feel confident that you can navigate your way again on your own.
Many of my experiences have been working with patient's in a hospital setting suffering from physical illnesses, often times traumatic. I know how these experiences can leave many feeling anxious, depressed, or even lost. I strive to meet you where you are, find out where you want to be, and build the path to arrive at your treatment goals together.
