I am a dedicated trauma therapist who specializes in EMDR therapy, Brainspotting and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to help relieve and eliminate overwhelming PTSD symptoms.

If you have trauma and experience PTSD symptoms such as hypervigilance, feelings of emptiness, hopelessness and/or abandonment, nightmares, flashbacks, dissociation and ongoing anxiety, fear and depression, please reach out to me. I specialize exclusively in trauma therapies (such as EMDR and Brainspotting) that reset the fight-or-flight response in the brain and reduce symptoms. I also specialize in working with psychedelic therapies (ketamine and plant medicine integration) for whole person healing - body, mind and spirit. Utilizing psychedelic medicines are not required to work with me, however.
Your PTSD symptoms create overwhelming feelings of depression and anxiety that block out hope. I am a certified EMDR therapist who uses EMDR, Brainspotting and Ketamine Assisted Therapy to desensitize PTSD symptoms so that the body’s alarm system reregulates. Feelings of safety and integration naturally occur once this nervous system reset is accomplished.
