About me
I'm a therapist, with 4 years of experience, who is dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. I work with clients across the lifespan, bringing compassion and skill to conversations around depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns.
My approach is grounded in helping you build stronger communication, reconnect with your sense of purpose, and navigate major life changes—whether that's divorce, grief, identity questions, or shifts in how you see yourself. I'm particularly attuned to isolation, social anxiety, attachment patterns, and the unique experiences of men, young adults and individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities. I also bring thoughtful, affirming support to conversations about sexuality, family dynamics, and end-of-life concerns.
I work from a person-centered perspective, meeting you where you are with genuine respect for your values and worldview. My goal is to help you develop meaningful coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and move toward greater self-understanding and resilience.
If you're ready to take that first step toward growth and healing, I'm honored to walk alongside you.
