About me
Welcome! My name is Richard, and I’m passionate about tailoring evidence-based, cutting-edge interventions to meet each person’s unique needs. Through a blend of creativity, consultation, and coaching, my goal is to provide personalized support for adolescents and adults (ages 14+) managing anxiety, mood, and trauma-related challenges.
Therapy works best when there’s both trust and collaboration. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools for change. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you and build the skills and insight needed to move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
I am a MA-based LICSW with over 10 years of experience in hospital/inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings. I am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-specific adaptations of these modalities. I also have training in other treatments including IFS and psychodynamic therapies, which serves to make me both behavioral and attachment-focused in my approach.
