About me
I work with ages 18 and up, and I am a mental health generalist who can help with major life changes, daily stress, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in helping people in helping/health professions with work-related stress and imposter syndrome.
Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Do you put your own needs at the bottom of the to-do list? Are you in a helping profession and feel like you are not effective? Do you wonder if life should feel somehow better? Happier? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers, and their lives. Pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. I believe it shouldn't be so hard to live a better life.
I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward. I offer an inclusive, safe space with virtual appointments. I offer late hours to accommodate physicians, nurses, social workers, and counselors.
I am an insurance-friendly practice (IA, MN, FL, & SC) through TAVA Health. Helping people live a better life is my passion. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss, or life transition, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you've always dreamed of.

Note: My physical location is still going through credentialing with Wellmark Plans and ClaimDOC. Most other plans are accepted at the office. Otherwise, we can begin with telehealth and switch over once the office credentialing is completed.
