About me

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. For over four decades, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, loss, stress, and relationship struggles with clarity and compassion. My work combines deep clinical expertise with a modern, accessible telehealth experience so you can receive care safely and comfortably, wherever you are.
I provide telehealth therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families seeking support with:
• Anxiety, stress, and panic
• Depression and mood concerns
• Relationship challenges and family conflict
• Work and career-related stress
• Grief, loss, and life transitions
• Psychological impact of physical illness or chronic conditions
• Emotional regulation and self-esteem issues
• Trauma

Whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming worry, working through grief, or simply striving for a more balanced life, therapy is a space to rediscover your strength and move forward with confidence.

My practice is grounded in accessibility, privacy, and excellence. As a Board-Certified Clinical Psychologist (Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology, ABPP) and Board Certified Telehealth Practitioner (B-CTP-II), I provide comprehensive therapy through secure telehealth across all PSYPACT states.

With more than 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families move from overwhelm to resilience, I provide care that is accessible, secure, and effective, no matter your location.

We’ll focus on what truly matters to you:
• Sleeping better and worrying less
• Easing anxiety and lifting depression
• Healing strained relationships
• Finding peace after loss
• Building confidence for the life ahead
• Embracing new roles and new opportunities

Therapy with me is a partnership. We’ll untangle the patterns that hold you back, explore healthier ways of coping, and create practical steps for lasting change, all from the comfort and safety of your own space. Teletherapy is not a compromise. For years I have specialized in video-based psychotherapy. With Advanced Telebehavioral Health Practitioner certification, I deliver therapy with the same depth, rigor, and connection as traditional face-to-face sessions, without the barriers of geography or travel.

Over the decades, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including:
• Anxiety and Panic Disorders
• Depression and Mood Difficulties
• Trauma
• Stress and Burnout
• Family and Relationship Challenges
• Grief and Loss
• OCD and Intrusive Thoughts
• Work and Career-Related Struggles

Lasting change begins with understanding, of yourself, your patterns, and your possibilities.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process designed for people who want to actively participate in their own growth. Empirical research and decades of clinical experience inform my understanding of how relationships, personality, and emotional factors influence treatment outcomes. Therapy is not simply a set of techniques, it is a working alliance built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.
Our relationship activates key therapeutic elements such as:
• Instilling hope and realistic optimism
• Creating an expectation that change is possible
• Providing opportunities for corrective emotional experiences
• Facilitating focus, insight, and practice of new learning

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can connect emotionally with yourself and with me, building the trust and security needed for healing. This environment helps reduce emotional avoidance and fosters openness to change. By tracking your subjective experiences, we gain insight into your daily life, how you construct meaning, and how therapy is progressing toward your goals
Together, we examine the thoughts, emotions, and relationships that shape your experience, building practical skills and deeper self-awareness along the way
