About me
I am a trauma informed therapist specializing in somatic approaches to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and navigate stress, trauma, and neurodivergence.
Here is a complete, comprehensive "About Me" profile introduction designed to pull all of your core pillars together. It is structured, practical, entirely somatic, and completely free of hyphens, exoteric language, or old method names:
About Me and My Practice
I am a somatic therapist, not just a talk therapist. I work in the body. My practice is built specifically for adults, high performers, and driven individuals who are aware of their patterns but feel stuck in their ability to change them. If you are less interested in traditional, unstructured talk therapy and are instead looking for an active, body based approach to mental health and daily functioning, we will work well together.
Many of the individuals I work with excel in various areas of life but struggle internally with a nervous system that feels constantly on, leading to chronic stress, burnout, emotional intensity, or difficulty slowing down. My approach combines evidence based strategies with a structured, nervous system focused approach that helps you recognize patterns, manage mood shifts, and build practical tools that support consistency, recovery, and long term stability.
What stands out in my approach
What stands out in my work is the focus on helping you move beyond insight into real, practical change. Sessions are structured, active, and focused on building tools you can use in daily life, not just talking about problems. By working with both your thinking and your physiology, change becomes something you actually experience rather than just understand.
I focus on you as a person, not a diagnosis, and tailor the work to how you actually think, feel, and operate. This is not about pushing harder, it is about learning how to recover, reset, and work with your system more effectively so you can regain momentum and function with greater confidence.
