About me
I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and navigate stress, trauma, and neurodivergence.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Terre Haute, Indiana, offering both in-person and virtual therapy. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based approach that focuses on helping you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence (including autism), substance use recovery, anxiety, and stress-related concerns. My approach is especially supportive for those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or are looking for a slower, more compassionate path to healing.
In our work together, we move at your pace. I integrate talk therapy with somatic practices such as body awareness, breathwork, and iRest® Yoga Nidra to create a safe and supportive space for exploration. I don’t believe in forcing change—instead, I help you develop awareness, stability, and trust in yourself so that change can happen naturally over time.
My goal is to provide a grounded, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move forward.
