I live in the same world as you. All of us face overhelming times in our lives; often involving change, frustration, loss substance abuse , sexual related concerns, relationsship including family issues, trauma or age related issues. During these times our ability to function may decrease. Our self esteem may decline and symptoms of anxiety and or depression may appear.
Likewiwe you may feelstuck and do not know how to move forward. Psychotheraphy is able to support you to grow and achieve your goals. I would like to work together to increase life satification.

I see myself as “out of the box” and value my uniqueness. In the same way, I view each individual as unique and support you in honoring your own path.

My travels through Europe and other countries gave me a deep appreciation for cultures with centuries of history. At the same time, I’ve learned that people everywhere share similar values and goals for life. This has strengthened my cultural sensitivity and my appreciation for working with a diverse population.

At every stage of life, there are opportunities to improve its quality. I enjoy working with young adults as they begin, with midlife individuals as they redefine direction, and with older adults as they seek new satisfaction and growth.
