About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate depression, trauma, grief, anger, and family conflicts with compassion and skill.
My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person—your relationships, your faith if that's important to you, and the unique circumstances shaping your life. I'm experienced in supporting clients through communication struggles, isolation, life transitions, social anxiety, guilt and shame, and the process of forgiveness. I also work with individuals facing trauma, post-traumatic stress, divorce, attachment challenges, and caregiver stress.
Beyond these areas, I have experience supporting clients with mood disorders, self-harm, obsessive-compulsive concerns, military and veteran issues, multicultural concerns, and experiences of discrimination. I'm also skilled in working with men's issues, sexuality concerns, financial stress, chronic pain, and personality-related challenges.
I believe in meeting you where you are with genuine respect and cultural awareness. Whether you're navigating faith-based questions, identity concerns, or the complexities of blended families, I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard and supported. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing and growth.
