About me
I am a licensed clinical counselor dedicated to supporting adults, adolescents and couples of all backgrounds on topics such as relationship conflict, grief/loss, social connection, and identity.
My work with individuals is a combination of CBT, logotherapy, and a psychodynamic therapy where I collaborate with the client in analysis of thought, feeling, and action to gain insight into the self. With couples, sessions are emotion-focused and informed by the Gottman method, with the goal of improving communication and increasing positivity in the relationship. My goal is to provide a space for every client to better understand themselves, others, and how they fit into the world. A new perspective provides the opportunity to approach life differently, and my role as a therapist is to show clients that they are understood and accepted so that they may develop the courage and confidence to make their own decisions.
