About me
I am dedicated to helping individuals rise above the various barriers that can often prevent them from attaining emotional wellness.
I have over 5 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults and families navigate relationships and family related trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar related disorders.
I often use an integrated, evidence-based treatment approach from modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, Polyvagal, etc. in effort to support individuals and families through those complex, emotional and behavioral challenges seen throughout daily life experiences. When using these approaches effectively and collectively, clients can usually begin noticing a gradual easing of symptoms within the first two months, if not sooner.
If you are recognizing stress or anxiety, feeling the depression that is making it difficult for you to manage your work responsibilities; maybe you have challenges with connecting to family, or improving relationships overall, whatever it is, you don't have to face it alone. Contact me today.
