About me
My primary goal is to build a trusting relationship to guide your growth, help you heal, and regain balance to enjoy a meaningful life.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I empower clients to find their inner strength, increase hope, healing, & happiness. I use various modalities, and include humor and straight forward communication to assist with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, behavioral issues, and family/relationship problems. I am a mom, a Gami, and a military spouse of 25 yrs. I find peace in nature, especially the water, and love spending time with my children and granddaughter.
