Being Well Counseling Services is a private practice focused on helping individuals and families Be Well! I have over 12 years of experience in providing counseling services to children, families, couples and veterans. I'm also a Board-Approved Supervisor for the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Being Well Counseling Services offers counseling services that empower you to develop the most authentic version of yourself. This is done by consistent participation in a counseling process that's kind and supportive while offering appropriate challenge for change.
I have completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) with additional coursework and training I've earned the designation of Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I also, offer professional supervision services to LPC-Associates that will facilitate the development of sound ethical and clinical skills.
