I am an experienced and creative psychotherapist with 40 years of dedication to diversity in my practice I am practical, down to earth and have the insight to see what is beneath the surface. I specialize in the treatment of those that are in relationships with narcissist and the conflicts that ensue regarding boundaries and gaslighting that are destructive to relationships.
I work well with issues of aging, chronic pain and illness and addictions to alcohol, food drugs gambling and over spending.
I specialize in the healing trauma using psychodynamic and experiential methods that are trauma informed. I will assist you in the process of discovering inner strengths and creativity you possess.
I have a compassionate understanding of the needs of couples and have been successful in resolving conflict and restoring the relationship in a healthy dynamic manner.
I have worked with addictions for many years as well as developing programs that treat these disorders. These include substances as well as gambling and compulsive sexual disorders.
My goal is to assist you in your journey by focusing on your inner strength and creativity.
