About me
As an experienced therapist, I am dedicated to strengthening individuals and families who are experiencing stressors by using future-driven, solution-focused positive psychology.
My expertise includes treating anxiety, grief, depression, and suicidal thoughts, as well as parenting and family issues such as divorce. I am also well-versed in addressing concerns related to children with ADHD or behavioral issues. and have extra training in utilizing play therapy with children.
