About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, ADHD, and addiction, drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.
My practice centers on helping people explore deeper issues like isolation, shame, guilt, and attachment patterns, as well as life transitions including divorce, grief, and questions about purpose and identity. I'm experienced in supporting clients with panic disorder, OCD, sexual concerns, relationship dynamics, and trauma recovery. I also work with men's issues, caregiver stress, financial challenges, and the complexities of family relationships.
I bring a client-centered, affirming approach to therapy. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported—regardless of your background, identity, or beliefs. I honor the full spectrum of human experience, including sexuality and alternative relationship structures, and I'm here to meet you without judgment.
My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at your own pace. I believe in walking alongside you with genuine care and curiosity as you navigate your healing journey. Thank you for taking this courageous step toward growth.
