I’m a bilingual licensed clinical social worker who believes effective therapy should feel human, collaborative, and relevant to your actual life. You don’t have to arrive with the perfect words or a clear understanding of what needs to change. We can begin with what you’re experiencing now and work together to better understand the patterns, relationships, and circumstances affecting you.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individualized. I consider the whole person—including your identity, culture, relationships, environment, and lived experiences—rather than reducing you to a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Sessions may include honest reflection, practical problem-solving, humor, and direct conversations, depending on what feels most helpful to you.

Through Veritas Clinical Group, I offer individual therapy, clinical and psychosocial evaluations, and consulting services. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can speak openly, gain clarity, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and identify meaningful steps toward the life you want to build.
