About me
I am a dedicated, enthusiastic therapist who strongly believes in using a wholistic approach in order to help adults cope with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Are you struggling with a change in life? A death? A birth? A divorce? A medical diagnosis? I help those when life is not going as planned. Often our circumstances and how we process them can lead to anxiety, depression, and other uncomfortable feelings. I am passionate about helping people navigate the choppy waters of life. I love to help people grow, resource, and find ways to cope with their distressing feelings.
I’m a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, I graduated with my master’s from Barry University. I’ve worked with teens and adults, with special training in bereavement, trauma, life changes, loss, anxiety, depression, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
My philosophy is we all have patterns from our past that can help us change our future for the better. I want my clients to feel comfortable, welcomed, and unjudged. Working with me you’ll find you have a partner in your journey for better mental health. Reaching out can feel difficult, but it is the first step in making a difference for yourself.
