About me
I have over 20 years of experience dedicated to helping patients with a generalist practice. My career started assisting patients and families cope with chronic illness, acute illness, and hospice. Over the years I have realized that my patients are anyone looking for help: someone suffering from anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, self image issues. Secret life needing to speak with someone who is non-judgmental.
I am a divorced mother of 3 biological sons in their late teens early twenties. I’m the soon to be step mother to a handicapped son in his early teens. Family has always been and will always be everything to me. With that being said we have our ups and downs, we are not perfect, not everyone in our family is mentally, physically or emotionally healthy. I want to help you through tough times. I want to be the one to teach you that you’re not alone even when you sit in a room full of people and feel lonely. You’re not trapped even when you feel boxed in. My job is to teach you how to cope with life’s ups and downs, realize your worth, and potential. A patient described me to a friend as “the sweetest most direct person,” they have ever met. I would describe myself as real.
