About me
With over 20 years of experience helping individual adults and children and families, I have a depth of knowledge and experience with many treatment modalities that I constantly refresh with the latest research and insight into mental health and related treatment.
I provide direct and supportive, holistic, educational and evidence-informed treatment for life's current stressors as well as mental health concerns that come up. Along with sound knowledge of human behavior, I bring warmth, compassion and positive regard to the collaborative relationship based on trust and confidentiality.
I have extensive experience and training in the treatment of- anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, divorce, parenting issues, adoption, LGBT issues, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, solutions focused therapy, women's group therapy, spiritually inclusive practice, nutritional support, EMDR and more!
I believe in a holistic view in treatment of the mental health of an individual and family. I learn and work with a person's nutritional and exercise needs, vocational and educational needs, social, emotional needs and more!
