About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Indiana with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work centers on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the complex emotions that arise from trauma, abuse, and significant life transitions.
I specialize in working with a wide range of concerns, including family conflict, communication difficulties, posttraumatic stress, body image concerns, sexuality, workplace challenges, and self-harm. I also have experience supporting survivors of sexual assault and abuse, as well as individuals processing abandonment, impulsivity, dissociation, and co-occurring challenges.
My approach is grounded in understanding the interconnected nature of our experiences—how family patterns, life purpose, and our sense of control shape who we are.
I believe in creating a therapeutic space that is respectful, non-judgmental, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern or exploring deeper patterns in your life, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and genuine care. I'm honored to be part of your healing journey.
