I have been practicing individual and family therapy for the over 20 years. My goal in therapy is to provide people a place to feel safe, authentic, and to be themselves. Certifications: Board Certified Transgender Care Therapist, Bereavement Facilitator, Hypnotherapist, Mediation, EMDR trained.

I particularly enjoy working with clients through an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and more. I have focused my therapy practice on helping support clients in becoming aware of their own experiences in terms of their emotions, behaviors, and reactions in all areas of their life. I believe clients are all unique individuals that need support and guidance in recognizing their own solutions. You can explore in a safe environment any unhelpful distortions and patterns and move towards a more peaceful serene state and value fulfilled life.

I believe it’s important for us to discover what works best for you and what you find helpful in this process. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important things in therapy. It’s important that our time together and the space feels like a safe place.
