About me
I am a relational psychodynamic psychologist who helps adults, teens, and children navigate emotional struggles, deepen self-understanding, and build more authentic relationships.
Therapy is most powerful when it feels like a real relationship — one built on trust, honesty, and a shared commitment to growth. I work with adults, teens, and children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity questions, grief, or the impact of early relational wounds. My approach is grounded in contemporary psychodynamic thinking, which means I listen closely not only to what’s being said, but also to the underlying patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I aim to offer a space that feels attuned, caring, and down-to-earth — where you don’t have to perform, and where your feelings, however complicated, are welcomed. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may still be shaping your present life, relationships, and sense of self, and work toward greater emotional clarity, freedom, and connection.
In addition to individual therapy, I also provide consultation and supervision for other clinicians, and I’m actively engaged in ongoing learning and community within the field of psychoanalytic therapy.
