I'm an intuitive therapist that works to investigate root causes of emotional distress and learn to redirect that distress out so that you are able to engage in all life's moments without being emotionally heavy. This release helps clients to move from stress in the mind and in the body to a place where mental clarity can allow focus on other areas of life that need attention. In addition, moving distress can help peel layers, help with perspectives on issues and help uncover direction and focus.

I work holistically with clients working with the conscious, the subconscious and energy in the body. I am not the one with all the answers, you are, they're already within you, I will help you find them and use them. I reconnect you with yourself, identify those parts that need your attention and guide you be able to respond and meet your needs more consistently. After we go inward, we go outward to discuss relationships, challenges, communication, family dynamics, spirituality, health and purpose. Sometimes inward and outward are concurrent and other times they are not. Every person is different and each client has a unique and individualized treatment approach based on their treatment goals and their need.
