About me
I work with adults and teens, tailoring evidence-based practices for the individual. Honoring who you are is very important in the healing process. Life's challenges can come at you too fast and take your breath away; Stress, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, and Loss are easier to manage when you have someone on the path who will respectfully listen and stand by you in the process.
As we are all individuals, I tailor the therapeutic process for each person, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Prolonged Grief Therapy as needed. Your situation is not like anyone else's; stress, anxiety, and grief are processed differently by different people, and therapy needs to be tailored to each person. You are not alone.
