I'm Rebekah, a multicultural therapist who utilizes different modalities, to help you reach your goals. I'm here to support you through messages, journal entries, live chat, and audio sessions. In addition, I love to send resources such as supporting articles, worksheets, potential books/audio books, podcasts, youtube links etc. I'm in Wisconsin (CST time zone) and have clients around the world. I help with everything from depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships issues/dating/marriage, communications issues, attachment styles, family issues, self-esteem, life purpose, etc. utilizing CBT & DBT methods.

Fun fact about me...I'm a Stage 3 Breast Cancer Survivor now going on 14 years in 2024! I wrote a book about cancer for children in honor of my daughter ( she was my support) when she was very young! I give motivational speeches about mental health and share my cancer story to local cancer support groups, charities, hospitals, colleges, womens' groups, etc in my local community.
