Rebekah Wilson, AMFT

As an associate marriage and family therapist that specializes in treating children and adults who have experienced trauma; and in helping individuals and families seeking mental health breakthroughs. I believe that everyone is capable of bringing positive changes in their lives and it is my pleasure to be its catalyst through the right tools and interventions. My extensive training in EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and certification as a Brain Health Professional (Amen Clinic) equip me to focus on the varying and unique needs of my clients.

I have developed an integrative approach that can be tailored to each client's individual needs. It leverages my extensive formal training in a variety of therapeutic techniques and nearly 20 years of experience in facilitating personal development and healing for innumerable Holistic Health and Wellness clients.
I am blessed to have a career doing something that I love. I enter each session with compassion, curiosity, and admiration for whomever I’m working with.
