Even when life looks fine on the outside, you may feel stuck, restless, or like something inside you is unresolved. You might not know exactly why, or even what it is—but you sense that there’s more possible for your life, your relationships, and how you feel in your own skin.

I deeply enjoy this work and feel honored to walk alongside clients when they’re ready for change. Curiosity and compassion are powerful guides as we explore what you’re truly wanting—and what may be getting in the way. Often, the patterns that once helped you adapt and survive can, over time, limit how you relate to yourself and others. Many of these patterns were shaped early in life, as ways of navigating your environment that made sense at the time.

As Viktor Frankl wrote, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” While this kind of change can feel unfamiliar, it can also be deeply meaningful and freeing. Together, we’ll identify your needs, desires, and internal signals, and explore what makes it difficult to stay connected to them. Your pace and choices matter—and we’ll work to strengthen your capacity to relate to yourself and others with greater clarity, presence, and freedom.

I am a licensed clinical social worker working with teens (16+) and adults who want more than just coping—they want a deeper internal shift and a life that feels genuinely theirs.
