I greatly enjoy this work and feel honored to be part of a client’s journey when healing and change are desired. Curiosity and compassion hold great power as we explore what you are truly wanting and what may be standing in your way. Often the patterns that once helped us adapt and survive can later limit how we relate to ourselves and others. Many of the patterns that shape our relationships and sense of self developed earlier in life as ways of adapting to our environment. As Viktor Frankl wrote, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” While change can be difficult, it can also be deeply meaningful and rewarding. Together, we will work to identify your needs and desires and explore what may make it difficult to stay connected to them. Your choices and pace are central in this process, and we will work to strengthen your capacity for choice in how you relate to yourself and others.
